Property Owner FAQs

What services do we offer?

We are a full-service property management team. Managing a vacation rental successfully can be a full-time job. We handle everything required for a successful investment property, and peace of mind for you including:

  • Handling reservations from start to finish

  • Regular maintenance and regular cleanings

  • Revenue management and strategic pricing

  • Generating and replying to guest reviews

  • Responding to guest emergencies

  • Taking professional-quality photos and writing a detailed description of your property

  • Ensuring all your listings are updated constantly and consistently

What fees do I need to be aware of?

  • There is an annual management fee charged. This fee is for the ongoing upkeep of booking platforms, up to date photos, marketing, and administrative processes.

  • There is a start up fee for onboarding a new property. This will be determined during the consultation meeting.

  • You will also be responsible for cleaning supplies and home essentials for the guests.

What booking platforms do you prefer?

We prefer to use VRBO and our own Website for Direct Bookings.


VRBO is a decent platform to use that seems to attract a higher level of clientele. They do not seem to have as many issues as other platforms that lead to consequences for homeowners. Our Marketing leads potential guests to our website, where we offer direct booking. We also recommend direct booking to all returning guests.

Are there any additional fees for running errands, handling maintance calls, cleaning fees, etc.?

  • There is not a charge for general errands that are ran for the property.

  • If there is an emergency or maintenance that needs to be performed where we need to be present, then there is a fee charged.

  • You will be charged a cleaning fee after "owners stays". 

  • There will be a Opening Set Up and a Closing Down fee for seasonal rentals.
